Within the framework of procurement services, we conduct prior impact assessments and feasibility studies. Our procurement consultancy activities also include assistance with preparing and conducting procurement procedures both subject to and exempt from public procurement law, as well as the complete preparation and conducting of public procurement procedures and the preparation and conducting of certain subtasks (especially but not solely administrative tasks) concerning public procurement procedures.
The public procurement consultant is assisted by an expert possessing a business licence set out in MvM Regulation 46/2015.(XI. 2.) that concerns the prior registration of accredited public procurement experts.
